If the shortcuts do not appear
Open System Settings, then follow the path for your version:
- macOS 15 and later: General → Login Items & Extensions → Extensions. Find RightClick Converter under the installed extensions and enable its Finder extension.
- macOS 13–14: Privacy & Security → Extensions. Find the app under Added Extensions or Finder Extensions and enable it.
An older installation may be named Finder Audio Tools. Settings labels vary by macOS version; search System Settings for “Extensions” if needed. Close and reopen your Finder window, then try a local file in Downloads.

Payment or activation needs help
Start checkout from the installed app on the computer you want to activate. Windows and macOS licenses are separate. Contact support with your order reference and operating-system version if activation does not complete. Do not include card details.
A video will not compress or looks too soft
Try a larger target and keep free disk space for temporary files. Small targets can reduce detail, especially in long or fast-moving footage. Windows accepts SDR video; export an SDR copy of HDR footage first. Mac compression converts HDR to SDR.
The audio includes music or sounds different
Extraction retains the existing audio mix and does not isolate voices. MP3 encoding is lossy and uses a built-in preset without bitrate controls. WAV is available for editing but cannot recover missing source detail.
