Open System Settings, then follow the path for your version:

  • macOS 15 and later: General → Login Items & Extensions → Extensions. Find RightClick Converter under the installed extensions and enable its Finder extension.
  • macOS 13–14: Privacy & Security → Extensions. Find the app under Added Extensions or Finder Extensions and enable it.

Before you start.

Which video formats can I use?

Supported video inputs include MP4, MOV, M4V, MKV, WebM and AVI. The file must contain a readable audio track; a silent video cannot produce a soundtrack.

Can I extract audio from several videos on Mac?

Yes. Select multiple supported files in Finder, right-click and choose an audio output format. Each result is saved beside its source.

Can I extract audio from a website link?

No. ConvertRight processes supported local files and does not download YouTube, TikTok or other website links.

Is this a free online converter?

ConvertRight is a desktop app, not a browser converter. Each app includes 5 successful conversions, then unlimited conversions cost $1 once for one computer. Windows and macOS licenses are purchased separately.

Will my files be uploaded?

No media is uploaded for conversion. Processing runs locally. Purchase, activation and periodic license checks need internet.
